shipping policy

All orders will be shipped 1-3 business days after your payment is processed. orders placed after 3:00 pm MST, will be processed the following business day. Please be aware that,  orders take longer to arrive, as carriers work to deliver higher volumes due to COVID-19.

return & exchange policy

If your package is return due to you providing the incorrect shipping address, you will be responsible for paying a fee to reship order out. All sales are final, Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary purposes, we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in unlikely event you receive damaged product. if an items need to be considered defective,

please email Rylydlahes@gmail.com indicating your name, order number, and photo of the product. Defective items need to be addressed within 15 days from the day of purchase. if the product is defective by RYLYDBEAUTY you will be eligible for a refund or replacement of same item. please note, we only accept returns from orders, in case of delay, lost or stolen packages, please filled out a claim at USPS.com so USPS may try to locate your order as soon as possible. Once a claim has been filled please send us the claim information and we will wait on the results of claim before proceeding forward.
